When I look at my own post in the forums i see my signature but it’s there twice, one under the other, just wondering why that is?
In reality, it’s because our forums are full of lies… lies and vaudeville.
Actually, I’m not sure what the reason is. It’s something I’ve tried unsuccessfully to fix and wound up just pushing it off with the thought it will automatically be fixed when we implement the inevitable switch to phpbb – which is still coming, by the way. I promise.

Quick replies are par for the course here. I was going to say some thing snarky about Roo being on the forums all the time…but then I realized I’m on here as much as he is. Only the Commodore doesn’t frequent the forums.
good to know, most forums you don’t hear form the main guys at all so i like how you patrol for new post
Ok, after seeing Arkus’s "echo" signature (very clever), a thought hit me: Google a solution to the issue.
Two minutes later, and lo! Signatures are no longer doubled.

Huh, weird. I can see the post count just fine. Bah.
One way or another, we’re updating a lot of back end stuff on the site within the next 2 months, and that would also allow up to massively upgrade the forums. Hopefully, a missing post count will be the biggest problem with these jalopy forums until then. But don’t worry, the database is still keeping track of all that info. We’ll just see what we can patch in the meantime.
But all you guys just talking, asking questions, and playing corrupt a wish are really what makes these boards hum. So let me just say thanks to all you guys for doing that. During our Friday game nights we consistently talk about how amazing it is we have all you guys here on the forums and it’s kind of hard to believe.

You know a lot of these kinds of websites have like flash arcades and that sort of thing, have you guys put any thought into something like that?
Maybe when you guys do a forum update maybe expanding it to do some PnP play-by-post?
